The Economelt 10 Hot Spray Distillate System for high volume will improve the speed and ease with which you apply distillate to your products, and this equipment will last many years with proper care and minimal maintenance. Users may add a Boom/Balancer package to enhance the ergonomics of the application.

The Economelt 10 Hot Spray Distillate System- Operates with handguns or automatic guns/applicators.
- 120 V OR 240 V ( Must be specified by customer)
- 10 lb tank capacity
- 7 to 15 lb / hour melting rate depending on system voltage and adhesive
- Air powered piston pump
- Max viscosity: 12,000 CPS
- Max Operation Temp: 205ºC/400ºF

- 10 lbs per hour in 120 VAC and 15 lbs per hour in 240 VAC
- Operates with one 6, 8 or 12’ hose 120 or  240 V

- Also available as a Extrusion  System only to apply beads
- Maximum pump air consumption at 60PSI 1.4 SCFM (30 pump cycles per minute)
- The EconoMeltâ„¢ 10 utilizes analog temperature controllers and type k thermocouples. These analog temperature controllers are factory preset and calibrated to the thermocouple. These do not require re-calibration.
