The EconoMeltâ„¢ 10 Hot Melt Handgun System allows you to manually apply random fiber spray, swirl, dot and bead patterns of low cost bulk hot melt with speed and precision. The melt reservoir capacity is 10 lbs., the machine melts 10+ lbs. per hour, the pump will pump up to 1.5 lbs. per minute, the flexible hose is extremely durable and the gun is lightweight and simple to operate. With the EconoMeltâ„¢ 10 Hot Melt Handgun Swirl System, you will increase production while decreasing adhesive costs.

  • The EconoMeltâ„¢ 10 utilizes analog temperature controllers and type k thermocouples. These analog temperature controllers are factory preset and calibrated to the thermocouple. These do not require re-calibration.
