It is our understanding that the Champ Distillate Spray Gun is used to make Moon Rocks and all versions of this (Caviar, Sun Rocks, Ice Rocks, Diamond Rocks, Nuggets of the Gods, Space Nugs, Space Rocks) The Champ Distillate sprays distillate and distillate mixed with terpenes onto cannabis, marijuana, hemp, weed, pot, Ganja, herb, pre rolls, blunts and spliffs and it is our understanding that the distillate contains THC, CBD, Cannabinoids and Terpenes. Distillate materials are also sprayed on flower, trim and edibles. Resins and Live Resins are sprayed as distillate as well.

Champ™ Distillate Spray Gun

Spray heated molten distillate material with speed, accuracy and low maintenance. Champ Distillate Spray gun eliminates the need for additives. Customer to provide compressed air (3.5 SCFM at 80psi, at least a 30 gallon tank).

Product Details:

Handgun is used to spray distillate materials (with or without terpenes) with accuracy
Capable of fiber spraying and atomizing precise quantities of distillate
Standard fiber spray looks like cotton candy
Handgun is fully heated with precise PID adjustable temperature controls (most distillates operate at approximately 180F)
Standard Champ Distillate equipment order includes removable aluminum tank, adapter, nozzle and spray cap
- Also available with Stainless Steel removable tank, adapter, nozzle and spray cap
Removable tanks can be taken out of machine and stored with distillate or cleaned
Handgun available in 120 V or 240V
- Handgun requires customer provided compressed air source (3.5SCFM at 80 PSI, 30+ gallon tank)
Distillate patterns typically 2-3” wide
Customer to melt distillate and pour into removable tank when out of gun
Unmelted distillate in removable tank can be reheated by gun
Gun takes less than 10 minutes to get to temperature (Distillate at ambient temperature in tank will take 25 minutes to get to temperature)

Machine can spray approximately 200 grams of distillate in 2-3 minutes when operated continuously

*Helpful tips

Always point gun down only. Do not lay gun down, do not rock gun backwards and do not overfill gun. Do not fill more than two thirds of the way.

Any distillate on inside of tank lid must be cleaned off before operating

1. Always remove the removable sleeve with nozzle assembly from the gun before refilling. Do not fill the removable sleeve with nozzle assembly more than 2/3 full. After refilling the removable sleeve with nozzle assembly, wipe it down before reinserting into the gun. Refilling the removable sleeve with it inserted in the gun will cause distillate to get into the tool case causing premature maintenance.

1. Always extrude a fine bead of distillate from nozzle before installing spray cap and attempting to spray.

Clean the inside of the spray cap each time you refill the removable sleeve.
