This adhesive is most commonly used for assembly applications in the furniture, metal and plastics industries. CJA5003 PUR is a very universal assembly adhesive. Currently available for purchase in 310ml cartridges (Minimum purchase 2 cartridges, maximum 12 on one order). This adhesive has a long open time and good green strength before curing is achieved.Ā Ā It also exhibits resistance to heat and solvents. Tested according to our test methods. Customer trials are recommended. Processing Temp.: 110-130Ā°C (230-266Ā°F) in the melt Technical Data:Ā- Density (g/ml):approx. 1.1 (9.1 lbs./gal)

- Cleaning:Ā Application equipment needs flushing daily with CJA-PUR Purge Clear to prevent nozzles from clogging overnight.
- Storage:Ā Ā May be stored in properly closed original containers, cool and dry (15-25Ā°C (59-77Ā°F)).
- Best before date, please refer to label on the packaging unit. The Ā shelf life is 2 years when properly stored.
