The Champ鈩� 10 Hot Bead Gun is a totally self-contained hot melt applicator that requires no heated hoses or pumps. With this gun you will easily apply consistant dots or beads of hot melt with minimal triggeractuation. The heated chamber melts adhesive within the gun and the "Light Touch" pneumatic trigger switch creates instantaneous flow by pressurizing the tank. Please note that this gun only applies hot melt onto substrates, as it is a pressure vessel. The Champ 10 hot bead gun works with all hot melt adhesives with viscosities to less than 20,000 cps. Adhesives can be purchased in bulk form from Glue Machinery Corporation鈩�.
